Weyden Langille


Co-owner Weyden Langille was born and raised on the south coast of British Columbia. He enjoyed exploring nature via horse back on the sandbars of the Fraser River in Chilliwack as well as working hard in the family business that his parents owned and operated. His love of real estate and home building led him to finding his true passion, land development.

Weyden and his business partner Jim Agius have enjoyed creating small multi-family communities in various locations in the Powell River and Vancouver Island areas. Weyden enjoyed raising his family of 3 sons on their waterfront acreage in Fanny Bay in the quiet Comox Valley. Opportunities in Victoria drove Weyden to the point of relocating from the Comox Valley and he and his wife are enjoying the vibrant Victoria lifestyle. Weyden and his wife spend as much time as possible at their ocean front property in the Gulf Islands. Weyden’s desire for challenge has been the driving factor behind his success within his industry.

Jesse Langille

South Island Project Manager

Jesse grew up enjoying the many benefits of living on Vancouver Island, however after graduation he moved to Saskatoon on an adventure that turned in to a three year experience. When Jesse had enough of the cold and the shut inside days he moved back to the island, settling in the South Island.

By trade, Jesse is a journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic. This blends nicely with the time he spends operating and maintaining heavy equipment on the Agius Builders job sites. Jesse looks forward to working along side his Dad for many upcoming years in the construction industry and is overseeing most of the day to day operations. Jesse is an outdoors enthusiast who when not working spends his time with his wife canoeing, fishing, hiking and relaxing in the Gulf Islands.
